Ice climbing is kind of a variant of rock climbing. Icefields, glaciers and big ice walls allow this activity to be practiced all year round, and during the cold winter many waterfalls freeze providing even more possibilities to practise this nobel sport. 

Cordillera Blanca is a perfect place to try ice climbing – but be careful, you’ll probably get hooked!
